Pop-Up Dinner at Fjord Restaurant:
Renowned chefs from Northern Norway and Germany, including Marius Martinsen, Joachim Gerner, Dalad Kambhu, Vegard Stormo, Lode van Zuylen, and Kenneth Gjerrud, will craft a collaborative six-course dinner featuring Arctic ingredients. This dinner will highlight the chefs' distinctive qualities as they create dishes with Arctic ingredients such as scallops, reindeer, cloudberries and stockfish. Dinner will include a selection of delicious wines or alcohol free beverages.

Moderated by Arlene Stein, the panel will explore "Norwegian Flavors Worldwide: A Talk about Northern Norway’s Role in Global Markets," featuring industry experts like Nina Sundqvist, Roddie Sloan, Petter Wahl Sekne, and Per Theodor Tørrissen.
