Not all the way Levantine but with some clear influences, HOWM is the restaurant inside the recently opened Selina (international hostel chain) in Mitte. You can have your next guests stay there and join them in this contemporary "all day dining" spot, featuring some items like Turkish breakfast, waffles, granola bowls and hummus. There's live DJs on Fridays and Saturdays and a special Sunday Brunch.
