Find Pound & Pence nested inside the beautiful Arminius Markthalle. This joint is serving a 200g dry-aged beef burger on a soft turkish bun with pickles, onion-sage marmelade, and Blomeyer aged Cheddar. Why do they shine? They have probably the best meat quality in Berlin in combination with the best crust - result: a fantastic meat experience! The rest of the burger is ok, the bun kind of works, that aged cheddar is fine, the salad we could do without and the onion marmelade kind of works and adds sweetness to the burger. Overall the amazing meat quality really makes this burger.
