Headed by Tobias Beck, Ember is a travelling fine dining experience, based here in Berlin, that strongly embraces the art of live fire cooking and smoking to craft delicious treats and an unforgettable experience for their guests. Think white tablecloths in exotic locations in Brandenburg fields and stellar black-tie service in a semi-abandoned historic Berlin enclave. Their events sell out in a matter of hours, so be sure to follow them on Instagram to secure a coveted seat. The 'OFC', by the way, stands for Open Fire Cooking.
