In this role, you’ll oversee evening operations across our bar, restaurant, and events, from Monday to Sunday. Working closely with the other heads of departments, you’ll be responsible for duty and holiday planning, managing staff, and supporting their professional growth and development.

YOU

- Professional and friendly demeanour in dealing with guests and colleagues
- 'strategic mind' in regards of forward planning with the team & operational management
- High ability to implement plans and strategies for the benefit of the company in terms of turnover, team development and guests.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a managerial role, across departments
- At least 2-3 years of experience in upscale gastronomy
- Working to the needs of the company and contributing to the development and growth of the food and beverage department
- Understanding of IT programs: Duty scheduling systems, reservation programs, digital personnel files, applicant management programs
- German (min. B2) & English fluent
