Kuma Ramen is showcasing their newest creation for one day: Iekei ramen: a hybrid soup of Hakata-style tonkotsu with Tokyo-style chicken shoyu, so a mix of pork and chicken, with a saltier, creamier broth. It will be served with smoked chashu pork, chewy, short noodles, spinach, nori, and the obligatory order of rice on the side; chicken oil and a variety of toppings to choose from.
