Berlin, Germany – Popular Berlin-based chicken sandwich shop Birds in the Kitchen is taking its culinary creations to new heights. Founded by die-hard foodie Carlo Enuchat and former Facil Sous Chef Maximilian Kindl, the beloved eatery is known for its high-quality and flavorful fried chicken sandwich creations. They have just announced the opening of their first brick-and-mortar location.
After gaining a dedicated following for its food truck and pop-up appearances, Birds in the Kitchen is excited to finally have a permanent home where customers can enjoy their signature sandwiches in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The project is taking over the former venue of the burger chain concept Food Brothers at Rosenthaler Str. 67.
