Khao Soi
Khao Soi is a quasi-pop up project (becoming more and more stable by the week) run by Chef Daniela Milosevic focusing specifically on the famous Thai dish from which it pulls its name. Milosevic produces all her core ingredients by hand (especially the noodles) and doesn't temper her dishes for German tastes - she brings the heat where it counts. Watch for Khao Soi popping up in Arkoada Bar (its current home) as well as for noodle making classes and special dinners across the city.
While the namesake dish is fantastic, the specials and sides are really where the Khao Soi project shines.
