This is a more ambitious, modernized Chinese restaurant, using higher quality ingredients and it really shows. They are cooking up a storm, everything we’ve tried has been tremendous, from delicate braised eggplant and water spinach to thinly sliced, melt in your mouth pork belly to outstanding seafood dishes, to clams and lobster in X.O sauce, to scallops with vermicelli. Even the cold chicken feet are fantastic. Many of the special items you have to pre-order, but their regular menu is more than good enough for a truly special Chinese meal. It’s not the cheapest place around, but you are paying for quality here and you will walk out happy.
