The concept blends modern German cooking with playful twists—think char crudo with herbs, delicate chicken-liver filled shallots, oxtail ravioli with nduja seasoning, and Obazda with homemade grissini. Mains like Käsespätzle with white kimchi and Blutwurst knödel show ambition and creativity.
