The homemade pasta at Salumeria Lamuri is brilliant in every way with its deeply yellow colour, firm texture and the way its always cooked perfectly al dente. Used in iconic dishes like their Tagliatelle with butter, black truffle and parmigiano, you are buying yourself a piece of heaven with every pasta dish you order, that's how much I love it. The other food? Also brilliant, from the risottos that really, thinking about it, also seek their counterpart in Berlin, to amazing mains like the veal shank Osso Bucco and the lemon sorbet.
