Bar Maar, the newest addition to a wonderful collection of restaurants celebrating local and seasonal food, served in small plates made for sharing alongside great wines, is taking over the kitchen at Rocket Wine Berlin in Mitte for a Summer residency. The menu will change weekly, but expect plates like courgette, ajo blanco and black garlic, chicken, wild garlic and leek terrine or eggs, mayonnaise and anchovies. And of course, exceptional wine pairings.
