Restaurant Manager (m/f/x) @ Briefmarken Weine

Hiring now! Cozy wine bar (and restaurant) Briefmarken Weine is looking for an experienced, and driven individual to join the team in a full-time position as Restaurant Manager (m/f/x). If you are passionate about hospitality, have knowledge about wine, and leadership skills – this is the job for you. Briefmarken Weine is a wine bar with an Italian food menu and an exceptional wine list offering an extensive range of Italian wines and champagne.

In this role you…

  • are responsible for the dining room: this includes overseeing the completion to company standards (and if needed participating in daily pre-service set up and post-service duties)

  • have a good working knowledge of the Briefmarken wine and drinks list, and keep control over the stock

  • oversee, train, and manage the kitchen and foh team

  • are responsible for staff planning, and resolving issues

  • oversee guest reservations and reservation system plan and support events at BMW and BMW collaborations
