Soon-to-open L’Artisan de la Truffe is looking for a passionate, driven Sous Chef (m/f/x) in full-time. If you have experience in that role, you enjoy being a part of a small team and you’re a natural collaborator – this job is for you! As the Sous Chef you will lead the kitchen team, and you will be responsible for mainting the excellent quality of the dishes served in a clean working environment.
L’Artisan de la Truffe is the specialist in truffles in all its forms, and anelegant, authentic, modern and sober brand that offers “truffle luxuries” accessible in a simple and uncomplicated way. We will shortly be opening a gourmet counter on the 6th floor of the KaDeWe: a range of fine products and a restaurant service that celebrates French truffle gastronomy.
