Why not join the city’s most exclusive breakfast pop-up concept Frühstück 3000 for the opening of their first permanent space in Schöneberg. Frühstück 3000 has been providing Berliners with brunch pop-ups in ever changing locations like Nobelhart & Schmutzig, Cordo, and many more in the past years. Now the founders are ready to put down roots, and are looking to create a steady team to do so with at the Frühstück 3000 restaurant. There are many roles to be filled, maybe one of these could be you: Sous Chef (full time), Commis de Cuisine (part time/ full time), Service (part time / full time), Bar / Barista (full time), Dish washer (part time/full time).
Frühstück 3000 is a pop-up project by a team of young gastro pros with the vision to bring „better breakfast“ to Berlin, broaden the city’s culinary horizon, and rethink your classic breakfast expectations. Frühstück 3000 combines sophisticated dishes, that don’t fall into the classic breakfast category from Vietnamese rice soup to langós with sauerkraut granité, and serviettenknödel with backed eggs and nettle salad. Now we are settling down in Schöneberg in our first permanent location after nearly two years, and ten editions of Frühstück 3000 pop-ups.
