HEAD CHEF & FOH STAFF (M/F/X) @ YARZIN SELLA

  • Yarzin Sella, a project specialized in concept dining experiences, is looking for an experienced, talented and passionate Chef (m/f/x) to join their team. Are you a Head Chef with an entrepreneurial mindset, organizational skills, a strong ability to lead people with a clear vision, and work creatively with an inspired approach to cooking? Then Yarzin Sella is looking for you.

    You will be purchasing the local, fresh produce to cook delicious dishes while keeping the budget in mind, establish good customer relationships ensuring high client satisfaction, coordinate between the site and the external kitchen ensuring a smooth workflow, maintain food quality according to the highest food and work safety guidelines, and you will work on weekly and monthly changing menu preparations. You will also be responsible for running a wide range of events, ensuring the target audience is engaged and the concept of the event marketed properly, and manage the rest of the team.

    They are also looking for FOH (Front of House) workers with excellent organisational skills. Here you will support the Berlin Culinary team. As a member of the Culinary brigade you will perform daily tasks and routines. You will provide Service and working quality after Yarzin Sella Standards and be cooperative towards colleagues and clients.

    YOU

    For the Head Chef position:

    • To have a drivers license class B
    • Are a trained chef
    • Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
    • Knowledge in administration, purchasing and inventory
    • Knowledge of the local labor laws and HACCP regulations
    • High level of english and german native speaker
