Noodle soup season coming to a close so we’re doing it one more time and marrying the flavours of a classic Mexican Pozole with a Tonkotsu Ramen – all with a Cantina twist.
Our Tonkotsu Pozole contains double smoked bacon and confit pork belly with our million hour Noah’s Ark stock. Our Miso Pozole is made from an umami explosion of mushroom and seaweed stock.
