Burnin’ Noodles Pop-Up Lunch

Ranmian 燃面 (this literally means “burning noodles”) are a special kind of noodles from Yibin in Sichuan, China. Traditionally they contain no meat and are therefore suitable for vegans (without the egg) and vegetarians. The topping contains soya, shiitake mushrooms and it’s cooked up with Chinese spices, hand made noodles and special recipe oil – infused with Sichuan spices and chilli, topped with roasted peanuts, spring onions, Sichuan pickle and chilli.
I’ll be serving three levels of spiciness to suit all tastes and I even have rice noodles for those who eat gluten free!
