    Lode & Stijn is a Kreuzberg-based restaurant serving one carefully-sourced seasonal menu with expert wine pairing and advice. To reinforce its young and ambitious FoH team, the restaurant is currently looking for a part-time team member to work weekends and deliver a brilliant guest experience.

    Panama is on the hunt for an experienced Chef de Partie who’ll be responsible for (amongst other tasks) preparing à la carte and event menus as well as adhering to strict hygiene and security (HACCP) standards.

The kitchen space is fully equipped with all the facilities of a modern, avant-garde kitchen. In accordance with the kitchen’s menu we’re offering a unique terroir-based bar and wine concept.

    YOU

    • Very good culinary skills and several years of experience in gastronomy
    • Willingness and ambition to maintain and develop the innovative concept of the restaurant

    Katz Orange is looking for  service support to help oversee the restaurant’s swift, friendly yet efficient service. The role includes advising guests on menu options, taking orders, running a station, serving food and drinks, barista tasks and event service.

Katz Orange was a pioneer of the farm-to-table movement in Germany, serving upscale comfort food based on local ingredients and seasonal availability.     YOU

    • Great passion for exceptional gastronomy
    • Ideally several years of service experience and barista experience
    • Very good teamwork skills and communication skills
    • Creativity and ambition to collaboratively maintain and develop the innovative restaurant concept
    • Calm attitude and ability to confidently and consistently handle service for high numbers of guests
    • Creating a polite and loving ambience for guests as well as employees
    • Sufficient German language skills
