    Kochtail ist der Küchenladen in Berlin Mitte. Seit sieben Jahren ist Kochtail DIE Quelle für Kochutensilien, Töpfe, Pfannen, Elektro-Klein-Geräte (Vitamix, Dualit…) und Emaille, von einem großen Backsortiment ganz zu schweigen.

    Gazzo is looking for someone with management experience gained at great restaurants to join us as a restaurant manager. The person would be part of the founding team and help build the restaurant up from scratch. If you are passionate about food, people and entrepreneurship and want to be part of opening a groundbreaking sourdough pizza concept in Berlin, then we look forward to hearing from you.

    WE

    We’re a sourdough, craft-pizza restaurant opening in August 2018 in Neukölln. The sourdough is the beating heart of our restaurant made from slowly fermenting, organic, German flour. We believe in sourcing artisanal produce – local when available- that’s always delicious, sustainable and natural. We choose produce we love and are transparent about it. We help our guests fight against a greedy food industry one bite at the time – and having a blast doing so!

    YOU

    • Have a great attitude and service-minded personality
    • Have training in restaurant management – either through school or training programs
    • A degree in hospitality management or business is a plus
    • Lots of hands-on experience in quality restaurants (fine-dining or casual)
    • Able to handle responsibility and high pressure
    • Have a passion for creating great customer experiences
    • Are interested in culinary trends and have a good knowledge of Berlin’s culinary scene
    • Have a passion for artisan produce
    • Bring good general knowledge about wine
    • Speak English (enough to be able to communicate effectively) and German (preferably native)
