    We serve modern, organic food in our restaurant, with a focus on seasonal produce mainly sourced from our own farm and the farmers and producers in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. We offer a delicious and abundant breakfast buffet; a comforting, quick and healthy lunch; and a contemporary share-plate style menu for dinner, always with vegetarian and vegan options throughout the day.

    YOU

    • Successfully completed training as a chef
    • Experience in training and developing a young team (Ausbilderschein/Trainer licence desirable)
    • Keen interest in local produce and organic food
    • Previous experience in fine dining – Michelin or 5 star venues is highly desirable
    • Ability to cope under pressure and communicate in an effective manner under stress
    • German & English fluent



    Duties of the role include:

    • Development and execution of high quality dishes
    • Material & product orders
    • Regular inspection & inventory review
    • Recipe calculation in cooperation with F&B Controller & Head Chef
