The Terroir Berlin Chef’s Forum will unite internationally acclaimed chefs Mark Best, Amanda Cohen, Matt Orlando, Ana Ros, Magnus Ek, Esben Holmboe-Bang and Jeremy Charles with international food media, and Berlin’s most acclaimed restraunts (including Horváth, Nobelhart & Schmutzig, Rutz, Ernst, Lode & Stijn and Dóttir & Studio Olafur Eliasson, The Store Kitchen & The Michelberger) through a day discussions all based around Berlin’s rich culinary food scene and gastronomic heritage.
The Terroir Berlin Chef’s Forum will serve as a catalyst bringing together local chefs, businesses, and producers with international influence to create a lasting dialogue around a supportive food-focused community. We will also look at the importance of mentoring young culinary leaders with special guest Matthias Walter, German competitor of the S.Pellegrino Young Chefs competition.

Join us for the culinary culmination of Terroir Berlin! Internationally renowed chefs including Ana Ros, Mark Best, Amanda Cohen, Matt Orlando, Magnus Ek, Jeremy Charles and Roderick Sloan will pair with the heroes running Berlin’s most acclaimed kitchens (Horváth, Nobelhart & Schmutzig, Rutz, Ernst, Lode & Stijn and Dóttir) to present one course per pairing, each based on shared interests and learnings from the Terroir Berlin series of events.
Alongside this rockstar lineup of chefs there’ll be carefully curated wine pairings from ernst’s Christoph Geyler, Zacapa cocktails, sake, local beers from BRLO, and other tasty treats.
This is your chance to eat at some of world’s most renowned restaurants with some of Berlin’s best chefs – all without having to leave Mitte. We can’t wait to host you.

Create your own plate of seafood, savor a grilled fish on demand, discover the wild oysters from the Nordsee shores, special mussels + fries in the original belgian tradition, and other natural delicacies paired with our selection of natural wines and german craft beer.
In addition to the fresh seafood market, the Berlin Seafood Festival invites a selection of top-notched Berlin street cuisine vendors who will create a culinary travel experience.
