    Unser Restaurant am Paul-Lincke-Ufer inmitten von Berlin-Kreuzberg besticht durch schlichte Eleganz. Hier servieren Sebastian Frank und sein Team kreative Gerichte, welche eine Essenz der österreichischen Landküche darstellen. Holzvertäfelte Wände und Kerzen sorgen für eine warme Atmosphäre. In den Räumen, in denen sich seit fast 100 Jahren Restaurants befinden, lässt man das schnelle Treiben der Stadt schnell hinter sich. Das Publikum ist bunt gemischt und so unkonventionell wie das HORVÁTH selbst. Die schlichte Eleganz des unkonventionellen Sternelokals bildet einen guten Kontrast zu den individuellen Geschmackserlebnissen auf hohem Niveau.

    We are a Kreuzberg restaurant focusing on carefully-sourced seasonal produce and an assortment of wines and beers to suit our menu. We serve a five-course dinner menu which is available with wine pairing as well as advice from our sommelier.

    Our service approach is professional and friendly, and our goal is to supply an unique dining experience for each guest within a cosy atmosphere. We are a young and ambitious team who favour honest, high-quality food served in a modern, custom-designed environment. We work closely together each day to achieve this goal.

    We consider details to be important – from how we present our menu, to the music we play and which plants we choose to decorate our space.

    Kin Dee is looking to hire a motivated chef to support Head Chef, Dalad Kambuh, and her small team five days a week serving high-end, modern Thai cuisine.

    WE

    • Focus on real Thai flavors combined with local ingredients
    • Serve a weekly-changing menu to share
    • Have about 45 seats and are open Tuesday to Saturday
    • Have a multinational and multilingual team – our business languages fluctuate between German, English and Thai
    • Offer fair working conditions, ideally a long term contract and a reliable partnership

    YOU

    • Will bring motivation, and knowledge about both classic and contemporary cuisines and cooking styles
    • Can support the kitchen team with your organisational skills and your knowledge about products and cooking methods
    • Ideally speak both German and English
    • Are motivated to learn about Thai cuisine
    • Are (ideally) available for immediate start
