    Berlin Food Stories’ founder, Per Meurling, is the world’s foremost authority on the Berlin food scene and has long acted as a guide, researcher, fixer and trend scout for the world’s leading food personalities and corporations (Rick Stein and the BBC, The Guardian’s Marina O’Loughlin, The Wall St Journal, FOOL Agency etc.) Berlin Food Stories’ position and reputation as the most knowledgeable, approachable and independent food expert in Berlin means our food tours are in very high-demand with food-savvy tourists and locals alike.  

    Per’s high end food tours are always fully customised towards the clients needs and wishes and can range from exclusive visits to Berlin’s fine dining spots, the hottest new openings, secret dining clubs or hole-in-the-wall street-food joints. Nobody knows the scene like us and clients book a tour with Berlin Food Stories in order to sample the very best the city has to offer.  

    Since demand for Per’s tours by far exceeds his ability to host them, we are now looking at the possibility to bring on board another guide as a freelancing part-time project.

    YOU

    • Are the craziest food nerd of all your friends 
    • Have a massive passion about all things food and especially restaurant dining  
    • Have eaten your way around the world
    • Have a in-depth knowledge of Berlin’s restaurant scene
    • Are fluent (or close to) in English and at least one other language (preferably German) 
    • Are self motivated, practical and proactive
    • Have experience as a tour guide, actor, bartender or similar professions  
    • Are very good with people and you can adjust to different cultures
