Banh Mi Stable
This brand new Vietnamese sandwich joint is opening on August 8th in Mitte and promises insanely delicious and authentic Da La Lat style Banh Mi Heo Quay with juicy pork and ice cold Vietnamese beer.
The crew behind Daniel’s Eatery are about to open up the doors to The Hidden, a space for supper clubs, cooking classes, pop ups and indoor gardening.
This new place on the R.A.W. Gelände promises plenty of cold craft beer, sandwiches, smoked meats and a bight future if you choose to dwell on their lovely wooden terrace.
Thai pop-up at Dóttir
A group of NYC chefs are doing Thai food at Dóttir for two weeks and the food is unbelievably good. The whole thing sadly already closes on the 6th – we can only hope this crew finds a permanent home in Berlin.
The Mexican restaurant La Lucha from the Bourbon Dog crew is closing in on venues and hopefully we’ll see a proper restaurant this fall.
Representatives from the glorious Alabama style BBQ shack from Moabit have been seen scouting locations in Prenzlauer Berg. And rumors say this second restaurant will venture beyond basic BBQ food.

As proof of what an awesome listener I am, I ventured to a couple of places readers said were missing on my initial top list of Berlin’s Best Fish Restaurants.
